Wow! What was that? Bogo to Pevs to Bergs, goal!! That was amazing is what that was! Less than 2 minutes after #33 ties up the game, this crew shows how they really move! I don’t know if I have ever seen these kinds of moves between multiple players on this team, ever. That was truly, perfection.
And to Mr. Mason, 52 blocked shots? 52?? Absolutely incredible! With 23 total shots on goal ourselves; there is something to be said for a defense that holds a team to 3 total goals while shooting 55 shots on goal in just 60 minutes.
Modin scored two of our 4 goals tonight, keeping us in the game until the 3rd. Something though, has got to be done about these shots on goal. We are extremely lucky right now, especially with tonight going down as a win. Honestly, it should be illegal. We have got to start getting more shots on goal. And when we do, just imagine how many goals we are going to end up getting in a game. We are squeezing by right now and dangling very close to the edge. We have got to get more shots out there. Tonight was truly the extreme.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better. At least get us back up to 30…I can’t even remember the last game we had 30 shots on goal.
Sleep tight and get some rest…we need to see Pavelec get his first win tomorrow .
