Grounded Eager and Bergy watched from the bench as Stapleton and Modin started again tonight. If Ramsay is up for disciplining, I think #4 should be planting his bottom on the bench for Wednesday after the penalty shot that tied the game. Up 3-0 in the 3rd, the Thrashers got tired and let the Sens catch up.
I am starting to think they like to make us sweat. Maybe felt the need to bring a little heat back down on the frozen tundra formerly known as Blueland. Letting a 3 goal lead fall to overtime, the amazement of Bryan Little’s swoop up the ice, stealing that puck and bringing it right up to the net for his second goal of the game.
The Thrashers now move up to 2nd place in the division, skipping over the Tampa bay Lightning who are idle until Wednesday night when the Thrashers meet them head to head at the St Pete Times. The Thrashers have not yet beat the Lightning this season, however this team has really grown since the last time the two teams met in October. Should be an interesting night in Tampa!
Little up the middle!
