Here, in the final hours of 2010, I sit back, after accomplishing my deepest drop to date on rope, I come home to watch the New Jersey Devils do something “they have only done one other time this month.” Win. Against the Thrashers. Perhaps it was the Thrashers attempt at “For auld lang syne” (for the sake of old times) in celebration of the New Year. Posing the age old question, should old times be forgot. In this case, yes…let’s forget the old times of the years past. Let’s move forward into 2011 bringing back the Thrashers from November. Let’s bring back the red hot team that I was getting used to on the ice, the team that even sat for (half) a day at 2nd place in the conference.
To all the Thrasher fans, hold steady in your belief. Blueland is coming around in 2011. We are holding steady in the race and are on pace to kick it up a notch. Be safe ringing in the New Year and Thrasher Backer will be back in 2011!
