Game 6: Blame (Eastern) Canada

facebooktwitterreddit

Rare is the game in which the Jets should earn a point. Tonight is one of those nights as they take on the hapless Senators, who recently had a closed door meeting. I am assuming that meeting went something like “hey….we all suck. shit.” and that was it. For Winnipeg’s part, they are coming off their first back to back point earning games in the new franchise’s history. Alex Burmistrov has been phenomenal so far this season (and is still 19 I might add), Zach Bogosian has looked much better in the past two games, and Ondrej Pavelec is starting to look like a potentially really good goalie.

Still, the defense has proven to be pretty brutal so far this year and I think Paul Postma time is fast approaching.
