The Winnipeg Jets have come to terms with prospect Scott Kosmachuk on a three-year deal today. Kosmachuk and the Jets have agreed to a 3 year two-way deal with an average of $925,000.
Kosmachuk has played Guelph Storm in the OHL the past four seasons while scoring 30 goals in 2012 and 35 in 2013, and this season he’s off to a great start in 48 games scoring 25 goals while adding 23 assists. Kosmachuk saw some time with the Jets during the preseason.
Kosmachuk is a 2012 3rd round choice by the Jets and is still only 19 years old.
What do you think? Is Kosmachuk part of the near future for the Jets?
