    Jets Preview

Despite winning Saturday night’s game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Jets fell out of a wild card position. This was due to the Los Angeles Kings picking up a win, climbing 1 point ahead.

Byfuglien missed the past two weeks due to an upper body injury, and Myers missed last game for the same ailment. While Myers is healthy for tonight, Byfuglien will be a game-time decision.

    Sharks Preview

The Sharks are coming into this game 4 points behind the Jets and 5 out of a wild card spot. They lost their last game to the Chicago Blackhawks 6-2. Recovering from that embarrassment is critical for San Jose tonight.

The Sharks have no key injuries to note of. However, bottom-six forward Mike Brown, who has been out since December with a broken right leg, practiced yesterday. While there has been no update on his return timetable, it is possible he could dress tonight if the coaching staff feels he is healthy.

With the Sharks being just 5-5 in their last 10 games, this is the time for the Jets to capitalize on a fading team. Do you think they will pull off the victory?
