Young Winnipeg Jets player, Kyle Connor failed to score a goal for an entire ten games, but now has scored in each of the last two games. Is he back to his normal self?

Kyle Connor went an entire ten games without putting a puck past a tendy, but was finally able to end the drought, putting one behind Dallas, and got another against the and one again last night for the Winnipeg Jets against Colorado.

Ever since we drafted him back in 2015, he’s been an interesting player to watch develop and become the talent he is today. He’s a very speedy player who fits in perfectly to the Winnipeg Jets fast skating team, as well as their long term plan. He’s someone who’s able to rack up a ton of goals and assists and be a huge difference maker for a team.

Kyle’s huge goal drought came right after a big two goal game against Chicago, believe it or not. Ten games after followed up with a few chances, but no finishes. In fact, he went ten games without a point. Not even a single assist was recorded. Interesting enough, Connor hasn’t actually recorder an assist since December 4th.

Saying December was a bad month for him is a bit of an understatement. The guy only managed a single assist and three goals which came early on. Looking back at his game by game stats in December, there were so many games where he was a minus two, even a minus three.

Being one of the best players on the Winnipeg Jets, he looks to move past his little slump after two solid games to start January off strong. (Let’s just forget about our first game back against the Penguins).
