1. No Quit from the Winnipeg Jets

We saw it last Thursday night in the Jets’ opening game of the 2021 season against the Calgary Flames and we watched it again last night, the Jets do not quit.

In both games, Winnipeg was down by a scoreline of 3-1 in the second period. Then they stormed back with one goal in the second, another goal in the third to tie it up, and then finished the contest with a game winner in overtime.

Even though the Jets are only three games into their brand new season it is fantastic to watch their resiliency and no quit attitude.

These are extremely positive signs for any hockey team and are building blocks of a successful team. Anytime the Jets can pick up a point or two in a game where they look down and out, could ultimately be the difference in making the playoffs at the end of the year, especially in a shortened season.

The Jets will be back in action and looking to take four of an available six points on their road trip against the Senators on Thursday night at 6:00 p.m. Central Time at the Canadian Tire Centre.
