The Winnipeg Jets are in Minnesota this afternoon for the second game of their current three-game road trip as they take on one of their Central Division rivals, the Minnesota Wild. Puck drop is scheduled for 2:30 pm. central time.

Winnipeg is coming into today struggling. The Jets have lost four straight and have been outscored 11-4 during this poor run of form. Last time out, the Jets were shutout by the Columbus Blue Jackets 3-0 in their first game of this road trip.

The first place Wild come into this game after back-to-back shootout games. On Sunday, the Wild lost in a shootout to the Lightning, but they redeemed themselves on Wednesday as they beat the New Jersey Devils in a shootout.

The Winnipeg Jets seek redemption in their second game against the Minnesota Wild this season.

The Jets are looking for a full sixty-minute effort this time around in Minnesota. The first time these teams met, which was back in October, the Jets could not put the Wild away.

Despite having the lead at four separate times throughout that game, the Jets had a two-goal lead in the final five minutes of the game and the Wild were able to score two goals in the dying stages of the game to tie the contest, and then the Wild completed their comeback victory in overtime.
