The Winnipeg Jets are in Nashville tonight to take on the Predators as they complete the second game of a back-to-back. The opening puck drop for tonight’s Central Division clash is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. central time.

Last night the Jets kicked off the back-to-back win a 4-3 overtime loss to Dallas at the American Airlines Center. The Jets were down by a goal in the closing minutes of regulation and Mark Scheifele scored with 32 seconds remaining to tie the game, but unfortunately for Winnipeg, Jason Roberston scored the overtime winner for Dallas to give them the extra point

Just like the Jets, Nashville’s last opponent was also the Stars. The Predators and Stars met on Wednesday night and the Predators lost 4-3 in regulation.

The Winnipeg Jets look to bounce back and take three of four points from this road trip

The Jets may be nine points behind the Anaheim Ducks, who are in the second Wild Card spot, but the Jets have five games in hand on the Ducks. Winnipeg has the second least amount of games played in the Western Conference and tonight is another important matchup for the Jets as they begin to make up ground on their counterparts.
